Membership Terms & Conditions

Your Chill Wellness membership entitles you to weekly sessions based on your selected plan:

• Chill One – 1 session/week: Cryotherapy or Full-Body Red Light
• Chill Three – 3 sessions/week: mix & match Cryotherapy and Full-Body Red Light
• Chill Five – 5 total sessions/week including Cryotherapy, Red Light & Normatec.

Also includes 1x Infrared Sauna + 1x Lower Body Pressotherapy weekly (max). (Upgrade to Full-Body Ballancer for $25/session.) Sessions may be used across multiple visits. Max 1 session per equipment per day.

Billed weekly via Fresha. Payment is processed the day before your renewal. If failed, Fresha retries after 24, 48, and 96 hours. If all fail, your membership is suspended until balance is cleared. We are not liable for any bank charges.

• 8-week minimum term
• Week-to-week after minimum
• To cancel: 2 weeks’ notice by email to hello@chillwellness.co.nz
• Early exit: 50% of remaining balance applies
• Cancellation requests via text, social media or in person will not be accepted.

After 8 weeks, you may pause:

• For a minimum of 2 weeks
• Up to 6 weeks total per calendar year
• No more than 2 pause periods/year

Request by email at least 7 days before pause start. Christmas closure does not count toward pause time.

• Max 1 session per equipment per day
• Chill Five: 1x Sauna & 1x Pressotherapy weekly
• Sessions do not roll over
• No credits/refunds for missed sessions
• Multiple sessions may be used in one visit (e.g. Cryo + Red Light)

Membership is available to clients 18+. Guests must also meet age requirements.

• Bring a Friend – Cryo: $30 (or $20 for members)
• Upgrade to Full-Body Pressotherapy: $25/session

All add-ons must be booked in advance & are charged at time of service.

We may change pricing or membership structure with 4 weeks’ notice. If discontinued, you will be offered an alternative or cancellation.

• Cancel at least 12 hours in advance via Fresha
• Late cancellations & no-shows will result in the session being forfeited
• We reserve the right to end memberships due to repeated no-shows

• Breach of these terms
• Unsafe behaviour
• Misuse of equipment
• Disrespectful conduct

Our services are non-medical. Consult your healthcare provider before use, especially if pregnant or managing health conditions.

You release Chill Wellness & staff from liability for any injury, illness, or adverse effect experienced during or after use, except where required by law.
