LIMITED TIMEThe lymphatic system is part of the body’s natural immune defense. It sweeps the body, destroying old or abnormal cells, helps to absorb nutrients and returns excess fluid to the bloodstream. Illness, certain lifestyle habits and medical treatments can slow our lymphatics and leave us feeling heavy, bloated or puffy.
Pressotherapy lymphatic drainage is a form of compression therapy that involves wearing a bodysuit on your lower or upper body for 40-60 minutes. The suit has 24 overlapping chambers that inflate and deflate to create a wave-like massage motion which moves the lymph around the body, which can leave you feeling lighter, clearer and more comfortable in your body.
Helps move excess fluid through the lymphatic system to help relieve puffiness and water retention.
Supports smoother, firmer-looking skin by promoting circulation and reducing fluid buildup in tissues.
Helps to decongest the lymphatic system, supporting its natural ability to remove waste and metabolic byproducts from the body.
Stimulates blood and lymph flow, helping to nourish tissues and support the body’s natural defences.
Arrive hydrated and avoid eating a heavy meal prior to your session. For lower body pressotherapy lymphatic drainage, wear leggings, soft joggers or soft track pants with socks. For upper body pressotherapy, we recommend wearing a long-sleeved soft top.
You may like to catch up on emails, watch something on your device or simply unwind. Maximize your time in the studio with an LED facial treatment add on.

What our clients say about us.
How long is a pressotherapy lymphatic drainage treatment?
Pressotherapy lymphatic drainage takes 1 hour for full body or 40 minutes for lower body.
Does pressotherapy lymphatic drainage hurt?
Pressotherapy lymphatic drainage doesn’t hurt. Most people actually find the gentle wave-like massage motion deeply relaxing.
How can I tell if I need pressotherapy lymphatic drainage?
If you feel sluggish, puffy or struggle with water retention, your lymphatic system might benefit from support. It’s also a popular treatment post-flight, inactivity, or illness and may be suitable after surgery with your doctor’s approval.
How fast will I see results from pressotherapy lymphatic drainage?
Results vary for each person but most people report feeling better after the first session with more pronounced results usually reported after a series of 12 sessions spread over 3-4 weeks.
What should I wear for pressotherapy lymphatic drainage?
For lower body pressotherapy lymphatic massage, wear leggings, soft joggers or soft track pants with socks. For upper body pressotherapy, we recommend wearing a long-sleeved soft top.
What areas can be treated with pressotherapy lymphatic drainage?
The Ballancer®Pro lower garment we use targets your lower body including your lower abdomen, buttocks, hips and legs. The jacket focuses on your upper body, arms and back.
How is pressotherapy lymphatic drainage different from lymphatic drainage done by a therapist?
Pressotherapy lymphatic drainage uses a world-class, full-body compression suit to deliver a full body lymphatic massage. The Ballancer®Pro inflates and deflates in a wave-like motion, applying consistent pressure around the body to help move lymphatic fluid toward the lymph nodes for drainage. Unlike manual lymphatic massage—where a therapist typically works one side at a time—pressotherapy treats both sides simultaneously, offering a faster, more uniform experience.
Both are effective ways to support the lymphatic system and assist in removing waste and toxins. Pressotherapy is consistent, comfortable, and efficient—plus, you can simply relax during your session while the suit does the work.
Where does lymphatic fluid go when it drains?
Once stimulated by lymphatic drainage, lymphatic fluid travels through your lymph vessels to lymph nodes, where it’s filtered. From there, it re-enters your bloodstream and is eventually processed by your liver and kidneys, then eliminated from your body—mostly through urine which is why you might find you need to go to the bathroom afterwards.
Who shouldn’t have pressotherapy lymphatic drainage?
Pressotherapy lymphatic drainage isn’t suitable for:
16-18 year olds require written parental consent to do pressotherapy.
If you’re unsure whether pressotherapy is for you, please consult your doctor before booking.
