How To Prepare
To get the most out of your LED facial panel treatment, arrive with clean skin (makeup and fragranced moisturisers can prevent the lightwaves from being absorbed into the skin). Please avoid using retinol, strong acids, benzoyl peroxide, or any skincare with ingredients that may increase sensitivity or react to warmth before your treatment. You’re welcome to use our washroom and complimentary facial cleanser, if needed.

Is LED facial panel therapy a facial?
Not in a beauty salon sense. This panel sits 2-5cm from your face, delivering light without contact. It’s a clean, touch-free, light-based treatment designed to work at a cellular level with no products applied to the face prior, during or after. We do provide make up remover and an oil that can be applied post treatment, if you’d like.
Can I combine the LED facial panel therapy with another treatment?
Absolutely. It can be added on to pressotherapy or NormaTec compression treatments or be experienced as a standalone treatment in a private room.
What’s the difference between the LED facial panel and full-body red light therapy?
Both treatments use red and near-infrared light to support cellular health, but they serve different purposes.
Full-body red light therapy delivers multiple therapeutic wavelengths to the entire body in a single session — supporting energy, circulation, muscle recovery, and overall vitality.
LED facial panel therapy focuses on the face and neck, using a targeted blend of wavelengths to help improve skin tone, boost collagen, and restore glow.
You can enjoy each treatment individually or combine both for a comprehensive top-to-toe light therapy experience.
Who shouldn’t have LED Light Facial Therapy?
LED facial panel therapy isn’t suitable for:
- extreme sensitivity to light
- use of photosensitising drugs
- melasma or hyperpigmentation exacerbated by mild warmth
- accutane use within 6 months of treatment
- pregnancy
- suspicious lesions or skin cancers
16-18 year olds require written parental consent.
